Tag Watermarks

Watermarks can be associated with both informational and security tags to help keep track of why documents with those tags were printed or exported from your Laserfiche repository.

If a document has a tag with a watermark associated with it, that watermark will automatically be included on the document's images any time a user prints or exports it. If a document has been tagged with multiple tags with associated watermarks, all of the watermarks will be included.

Unlike group watermarks, which share the same orientation across all watermarks, tag watermarks can be configured to use different positions, rotations, and sizes on a per tag basis.

Note: Tokens can be used with tag watermark text.
